Once you have a collection in PARADISEC you are able to edit the metadata and to give other registered users rights in your items. You can assign rights in one item or in the whole collection. These rights can include downloading files or editing metadata. This is done by adding a person’s name from the dropdown menu in the ‘Edit access’ field.
You can also provide download rights to all registered users, this is done by selecting the ‘Open (subject to PDSC access conditions)’ option in the ‘Data access conditions’ field.
