Scannell has now extended his coverage to <a href=\"http:\/\/indigenoustweets.com\/blogs\/\">blogs<\/a> that post in what he calls &#8220;indigenous and minority languages&#8221;, that is, what some people might consider &#8220;small&#8221; languages.
