The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hrelp.org\/events\/LDLT3\/programme_conference.html\">conference programme<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hrelp.org\/events\/LDLT3\/programme_workshop.html\">workshop programme<\/a> are now available.<\/p>\n<p>On-line registration for the conference is now open <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/LDLT3\">here<\/a>.
