In the early days of this blog, Jenny Green did a really nice post Sand talk \u2013 and how to record it<\/a> which was one of our first posts with – gasp – photos. It showed how she recorded sand stories using 2 cameras and a ladder.<\/p>\n

Now you can follow the new Central Australian sign language project Jenny is involved in, Iltyem-iltyem <\/em> ‘signalling with hands, using handsigns’ at the project’s new blog Iltyem-iltyem<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The content is great and the images are brilliant as a “how to…” Light years ahead of our old Movable Type blog, sophisticated, they are using tumblr<\/a>. It’s the visuals of now. Whether it is the archive of tomorrow is the one concern – This week in Google EP.100<\/a> suggests that the tumblr posts aren’t easily exportable.
